Reminds me of an unintended close encounter with a large slug, which I did not realise was a slug. Its ‘exudate’ from my inadvertent squashing was the most adhesive and long lived substance I have known which defied all attempts to remove it, from me and the floor. It took weeks to wear off from normal living abrasion.
